Lloyd is the Managing Broker at XLV Realty who is currently Licensed in LA & MS. When he is not helping clients buy or sell properties you can find him doing Residential Real Estate Appraisals.

He has been appraising Residential Real Estate since 1995.

He is currently a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Louisiana & Mississippi and also a LA State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser #R1019 which gives him an edge in Valuation over the majority of his competitors.

Lloyd is a longtime member of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors and the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors which gives XLV Realty the dual metro area expertise unlike other Brokerages. He is also a member of the Louisiana Commercial Data Base and can help you with all of your commercial needs too.
