He will meet you at a home with marbles in his pocket, to show if the house is leaning and how much of a variance is in the house. Lloyd is also an appraiser, so he can give you fair market off the top of his head (at least it seems that way).

Mike sold my house – very quickly and above asking! Since we were relocating out of state we contacted Mike to sell our home. I brought in a modular home just after Hurricane Katrina, so I wasn't sure how that was going to affect the process. Mike researched modular homes and pulled the records for every modular home sold in the New Orleans metro area over the last five years. He was able to use that information to help guide me in deciding on the listing price. He was very helpful and available throughout the process. He didn't just throw up a sign and put it on the internet. He actively marketed the house and sold it very quickly and above asking. I can't guarantee he will get you a multiple offer situation too, but he will work hard to sell your property. Don't let his youth keep you from engaging him to sell your property. He is very passionate and enthusiastic about what he's doing. I highly recommend him. Do yourself a favor and call Mike.
